What will you do?

The Production Control role is responsible for managing and overseeing production planning and scheduling activities to ensure timely delivery of products while meeting customer demands. You will coordinate with various departments, manage inventory levels, and resolve discrepancies affecting production schedules.

How will you do it? 

  • Prepare and release production schedules based on demand and capacity constraints.

  • Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as necessary to meet delivery timelines.

  • Collaborate with engineering, materials, and production teams to resolve any issues that arise.

  • Utilize ERP systems for tracking inventory levels, production status, and process efficiency.

  • Implement improvements in production processes and workflows for increased efficiency.

  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of production activities.

What are we looking for?  

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree completed.

  • 3-5 years of experience in production control or related fields.

  • Strong understanding of modern planning techniques and ERP systems.

  • Proficient in Excel for data analysis and reporting.

  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a focus on team collaboration.

Preferred:

  • Experience with Lean manufacturing principles.

  • Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems.

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
