PRODUCTION CONTROL ANALYST

Your responsibilities:

This position will be responsible for comprehending the needs and requirements of customers or business partners in order to bring strategic value to them while promoting customer needs as the key driver for business goals and initiatives. Building strong relationships and partnerships across the company to leverage ideas, capabilities, and processes is critical to the role as well as instilling and enthusiastic response in others toward achieving company goals and priorities, and arousing others' commitment and support, even when embarking on unknown territory.

This work consists of unifying internal constituents around a common vision and goals, and teaming with others for enhanced outcomes.

  • Prepare information for service Review meeting as root cause and action plan (weekly)
  • Review and adjust Safety stock & reorder point (monthly)
  • Analyze and update SAP parameters (quarterly)
  • Participate in transfer product meeting, provide schedule for pilots (weekly)
  • 1:1 with final assy PCAs Handshake
  • Follow up to critical shortages and provide impact to MPS/Interplants
  • Follow up to exception messages with team and suppliers
  • Follow up to obsolete/excess parts
  • Ensure delivery confirmations with vendor and reflect dates in SAP (daily)
  • Ensure properly escalation of critical components as C1,C1A, CSR (daily)
  • Provide blocked invoice solution with vendor & AP (weekly)
  • Purchase requisition conversion to PO (weekly)
  • Follow up to tracking numbers and solve any dock/receive issue in coordination with logistics (daily)
  • Ensure STO compliance for raw materials with shipping area (weekly)
  • Follow up STO aging report from internal Rockwell plants (daily)
  • ECO Review with Ops coordinator to assign the correct effective date (weekly)
  • Create return PO supporting quality team (daily)
