Are you passionate about safety, problem-solving, and supporting busy manufacturing operations? We’re looking for a Production Support Specialist / Production Compliance Assistant to help keep our chemical manufacturing processes running safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with regulatory standards.

In this hands-on role, you’ll work closely with production, maintenance, quality, and safety teams—supporting daily operations, resolving technical issues, and ensuring all activities meet our high safety and performance expectations. What You’ll Do

  • Lead all planned maintenance and project activity in the HUB, including pre-task meetings, permit writing, and acting as the production representative.
  • Provide day-to-day operational support to apprentices working in the HUB.
  • Ensure full compliance with safety protocols, including Management of Change.
  • Support production teams to maintain schedules and minimise downtime.
  • Manage and monitor Zaptic systems.
  • Conduct routine 5S checks, plant inspections, and report hazards.
  • Maintain accurate procedures, risk assessments, training records, and manual-handling assessments.
  • Work with maintenance, quality, and safety teams to resolve operational issues and progress work orders.
  • Participate in safety drills, team meetings, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Carry out other reasonable duties to support production.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in chemical manufacturing or industrial production.
  • Knowledge of chemical handling and safety documentation.
  • Strong troubleshooting ability and operational problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
