JOB SUMMARY:
The Production Associate is responsible for operating and maintaining production machinery, along with assembling and packaging finished products.
EDUCATION:
Required: High school diploma or GED
EXPERIENCE:
Required: 1 year experience in an industrial environment
Preferred: 2+ years in a chemical production environment
POSITION REQUIREMENT(S): Specialized Skills/License/Certification
Required:
- Unrestricted employment authorization to work in the US
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Project a professional appearance with the ability to represent our company in a positive manner to our customers and associates
- Ability to handle changing priorities and use good judgment in stressful situations
- Ability to organize and maintain a safe and clean work environment

- Operates, monitors, and maintains production machinery including forklifts
- Assembles, inspects, and packages finished products
- Assist upper management with inventory control

- Picking, wrapping, and staging products to ship
- Material handling, unloading products for storage and loading trucks for shipping
- Adheres to OSHA standards
- Must have written and verbal English communication skills
