Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

CTディテクタ製造のラインリーダー/サブリーダーとして、担当ラインの管理、生産性向上などの業務に従事頂きます。

Essential Responsibilities

• 製造現場にて、ひとつのラインのリーダー/サブリーダー業務に従事いただきます
• ラインの作業を覚え、ご自身も作業できるようになります
• 朝礼やあんどん対応、点検・校正など、日々のライン管理業務をお任せします
• 定例報告の資料作成、不具合情報の整理や、カイゼン活動への参加など、ルーチン以外の業務も含まれます

Qualifications/Requirements

• 製造現場への好奇心のある方
• 日本語でのコミュニケーションが取れる方。トレーニングや朝礼など、10人程度の前で話すことができる方
• PC（メール作成、エクセルの簡単な関数、パワーポイント）スキルのある方。簡単な資料作成、報告業務も業務に含まれることがあります。
• コンプライアンス、EHS、QMSなど全社ポリシーを理解し、遵守できる方

Preferred Qualifications:

• 高等学校卒業以上
• 2年以上の製造業経験
