Job Description:
To handle fully automatic dairy powder plant operations
What you’ll do:
- Operation of highly sophisticated, fully automatic dairy powder plant.
- Troubleshooting of plant.
- Maintaining quality of the product.
- Compliance to customer requirements.
- Documentation for various customer requirements.
- Leading the shift operation of entire Laxmi dryer.
- Helping operation of Liquid milk plant.
- Co-ordination with internal customers viz. Maintenance team, Fresh milk reception, Quality control, Main plant
- Co-ordination with external customers
- Adherence to GMP, food safety and sanitation.
What you need to succeed:
- B. Tech/ M. Tech Dairy Technology
- 3 to 5 Years of experience
- Good exposure to plant automation especially Siemens PCS-7.
- Detailed knowledge of process and safety interlocks of plant is highly preferred
- Communication skills - written and verbal
- Good technical decision making
- Compliance to SOP.
- Good knowledge of technology and quality
- Good team player Multitasking
