What You'll Be Doing
- Oversee daily shipping and production operations on the 3rd shift to ensure efficiency and accuracy
- Coordinate schedules and resources to meet customer delivery requirements
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate documentation
- Drive compliance with safety standards and operational procedures
- Lead and develop team members to achieve performance goals
