As a Product Testing Executive, you will support Product Managers in validating and ensuring the quality of features delivered for the new Point of Sales system. This role is hands on and requires strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and the ability to work closely with cross functional teams.Job Description:
Review test cases, test scripts, and test data for each product and channel based on feature specifications.
Review test cases, test scripts and test data for functional, integration, regression, and workflow testing for both New Business and Post Issuance (POS) features.
Review and sign off UAT results within project timelines (noting that there will be overlapping release for different channels)
Identify and log defects with clear explanation by referencing to the exact requirement, and collaborate with QA, BA and Developers to ensure timely resolution.
Track and follow up on outstanding defects to support timely delivery of releases.
Document the review of UAT test results with proper evidence and maintain traceability to requirements.
Conduct post‑deployment checks to confirm expected behaviour of features in the production environment.
Arrange & lead checkpoint discussions on defects with QA, BA and Developers, where needed.
