What will you do? 

  • Work as a support engineering role, collaborating closely with contract engineers and the design team.

  • Provide product support for the business in coordination with production, manufacturing, quality, engineering, planning, and purchasing departments.

  • Comply with customer requirements and global standards through cross-functional collaboration.

  • Review and improve products, reduce cost, and implement engineering changes.

  • Work closely with internal and external departments, and with customers when required by factory needs.

  • Participate in problem‑solving processes to find root causes of design complexity.

  • Work effectively with multifunctional equipment.

  • Perform failure analysis and corrective actions when necessary.

  • Provide manufacturing support to ensure products are built according to customer requirements and specifications.

  • Work with design and contract engineering to communicate design specifications, test criteria, and obtain feedback to improve product design.

  • Handle data and engineering tools to generate necessary information for decision making.

  • Use knowledge of electrical diagrams and refrigeration systems.

What are we looking for?  

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or related field).

  • Minimum 2 years of product development experience.

  • SAP operational knowledge.

  • Ability to communicate with both technical and non‑technical audiences and to understand and use technical documentation.

  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced, schedule‑driven, team‑oriented environment.

  • Ability to perform failure analysis and corrective actions.

  • Knowledge of electrical diagrams.

  • Knowledge of refrigeration systems.

  • Experience supporting manufacturing to ensure products meet specifications.

  • Adheres to the Company’s Code of Conduct and Business Ethics standards.

Preferred:

  • HVAC or research and development experience.

  • Experience in bills of material maintenance, engineering changes, or super‑user capabilities in unrelated modules.

  • Familiarity with HVAC systems and electromechanical engineering design and testing.

  • Knowledge of automation software is a plus.
