Product Support Integrator (PSI)

Amentum is seeking an experienced Product Support Integrator (PSI) to support Soldier Lethality at Picatinny Arsenal, New Jersey. This position will be on-site daily. This position is not yet funded, position contingent upon funding award. Other duties may be assigned to support client and contract deliverables.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the implementation of all 12 Integrated Product Support (IPS) elements.

  • Develop and provide logistics input for acquisition documents and the LCSP.

  • Develop Item Unique Identification (IUID) plans.

  • Maintain liaison with TRADOC to determine support requirements.

  • Support Configuration Control Boards (CCBs) by coordinating the review of ECPs and their logistics impact.

  • Maintain continuous liaison with TACOM, CECOM, and other relevant personnel.

  • Review prototype models, drawings, and engineering designs, and make recommendations on maintainability.

  • Use statistical reports and field feedback to evaluate system reliability and maintainability.

  • Provide analysis on part replacement, overhaul limits, and other sustainment decisions.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience serving as a PSI in a Program Manager (PM) or similar office.

  • Demonstrated Subject Matter Expertise in AR 700-127 and the 12 Integrated Product Support (IPS) elements.

  • Extensive knowledge of Army Acquisition Logistics and Product Support.

  • Ability to lead meetings and achieve consensus within an integrated product team environment.

  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to write succinctly and speak confidently to several levels of authority.

  • Experience with or demonstrated aptitude for using AI tools to better manage and analyze logistics data.

  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a US Government Secret Clearance. Please note that U.S. citizenship is required to obtain a Secret Clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous familiarity working with a Life Cycle Sustainment Plan.

  • Possess expertise in Microsoft Office suite of products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

  • Prior military experience with new equipment training or fielding.

  • Previous experience as a product support provider.

  • Bachelor's Degree or Defense Acquisition University related to Life Cycle Logistics.
