What the Role Entails

●Support data analysis for our overseas Ad Network to identify optimization opportunities and enhance campaign performance through industry insights and data-driven recommendations. ●Collaborate with Data Science and Algorithms teams to design and validate advertising strategies, refine analysis methodologies and strategic tools to improve bidding, targeting, and pacing models. ●Drive the full product development lifecycle, including requirement analysis, cross-functional coordination, and tracking progress from evaluation and development to launch and post-launch performance reviews. ●Explore and implement AI agents and automated analysis tools to streamline data workflows and improve the efficiency of data analysis and strategic decision-making.

Who We Look For

●Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field, with an expected graduation in 2027. ●Proficiency in SQL and Python (knowledge of C/C++/Go is a plus). ●Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail. ●Strong sense of ownership, customer-oriented mindset, and integrity. ●Fast learner and effective team player with excellent communication skills. ●Prior internship or work experience in the tech or internet industry is preferred. ●Fluency in English and Mandarin to collaborate effectively with international teams and HQ stakeholders.
