The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As a Product Stewardship Administrator, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.

Here, you will make an impact by:

  • Providing hazard communication documentation by administrating local language Safety Data Sheets and CLP labels based on information included in corporate data management systems.
  • Leading frequent collaboration with international Product Stewardship colleagues by informing them of the status of requests, following up on local requirements, and gathering local language translations.
  • Supporting internal compliance by following and updating internal procedures, as well as tracking and maintaining dashboards.
  • Collaborating closely with EMEA subsidiaries to ensure accurate creation and maintenance of local language Safety Data Sheets and labels, supporting consistent hazard communication and safeuse information across the region.

Your Skills and Expertise 

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who meet following minimum requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Graduate Degree from an accredited institution and a strong interest in Product Stewardship
  • Strong administrative skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and ability to quickly learn and navigate through new systems
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Fluent English
