As a Product Specialist, you are an experienced professional with deep expertise in the Cocounsel Legal product OR CLEAR. Acting as a product evangelist and leveraging your technical and product expertise, you will be a key part of the team responsible for scaling customer adoption and value through data-driven programs, technical enablement, guidance, and strategic content delivery. In close partnership with cross-functional stakeholders—including Customer Success, Product, Product Marketing, Professional Services and Sales—to support adoption, retention and growth goals.
About the Role
Customer Adoption & Technical Guidance
Serve as the authoritative product expert for CoCounsel OR CLEAR, possessing an intricate understanding of its features, capabilities, and best practices for various legal use cases.
Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable content for diverse audiences.
Consult and advise customers on effective adoption strategies and product technology in scaled formats (e.g., webinars, cohorts, communities, office hours).
Provide expert guidance and hands-on support in AI prompt engineering, teaching customers how to craft effective and precise prompts to optimize CoCounsel's OR CLEAR
Deliver customer recommendations, trainings and workshops on the product’s functionalities.
Content Ownership & Delivery
Create, curate, and deliver content for scaled tactics such as webinars, eNewsletters, in-product guides, training sessions and self-service content.
Assess trends and insights: analyse usage, customer feedback, support signals and proactively identify "moments that matter" within the customer journey, to surface what customers value and where they struggle; translate insights into program actions, content and relevant training.
· Deliver high-impact webinars and training sessions, acting as a product expert and adoption consultant.
Advisory, Thought Leadership & Cross-functional Partnerships
Stay abreast of product updates, changes, industry trends and position yourself as a trusted advisor to customers and CSMs
Collaborate with Digital Program CSMs to execute strategic initiatives and content delivery.
Partner across internal functions (Customer Success, Product, Product Marketing, Education Training Managers, Sales and Technical Consultants, Support) to source, repurpose, and/or create high-impact education and training for customers and for internal teams.
Partner with our Product, Engineering, Sales, and Support teams to funnel customer feedback and insights, influencing product enhancements and new features.
About You
You are a fit for the role of Product Specialist if you have:
5+ years in Customer Success, Solutions/Technical Consulting, Product/Technical Marketing, Professional Services, Support, or Enablement in a B2B SaaS environment, legal technology industry or legal operations (CoCounsel Legal) OR financial technology or risk-related fields
Demonstrable deep product expertise, hands-on experience and ability to and guide customers through complex features.
Proven experience in creating a variety of technical and customer-facing content (documentation, tutorials, webinars, articles).
Comprehensive knowledge of CoCounsel, Practical Law, and Westlaw (JD preferred) OR CLEAR.
Strong understanding of legal software applications, including case management, document management, and time and billing systems.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and success.
Self-starter, with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
