Title and Summary
Product Specialist - Operational Support
Overview
As a Product Express Support Specialist, you will work closely with product teams, regional stakeholders, and technical teams to facilitate successful integration and support on the PE platform.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with product teams to understand existing process/workflows and document integration requirements for the Product Express (PE) Platform
• Set up necessary platform access and deliver training sessions to enable effective onboarding
• Assist teams in mapping their processes on the PE Platform and provide guidance throughout the setup
• Organize and facilitate dry runs to validate process readiness and secure stakeholder approvals
• Work closely with regional product teams and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and smooth execution
• Support pilot testing efforts, gather feedback, and help refine processes as needed
• Contribute to production readiness planning, including post-launch engagement and customer support strategies
• Deliver ongoing training and ensure access for all relevant stakeholders
• Coordinate with internal support teams and escalate issues to PE BizOps (L2) and PE Engineering (L3) as required
• Manage go-live activities and ensure seamless hand-offs for successful production deployment

• Exposure to working in customer service, preferably in a B2B environment
• Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to resolving issues
• Experience in BI tool like Alteryx, Informatica and Business Intelligence tools like Power BI, DOMO, Tableau is a plus.
