Are you passionate about enabling others through great tools, knowledge sharing, and cloud-connected solutions? We are looking for a Product Specialist to help drive adoption, understanding, and continuous improvement of Axis’ cloud-based device management and integrator tools!

This role is based in Lund, Sweden.

Who is your future team?

The Platform Solutions team is responsible for global product management of Axis’ software platforms and integrator tools. Our mission is to unlock the full value of the Axis portfolio by enabling developers, integrators and customers to deploy, manage, and scale solutions efficiently.

What you’ll do here as Product Specialist – Cloud & Integrator Suite?

In this role, you will be part of the product management team responsible for cloud-connected Integrator Suite offering focusing on AXIS Device Manager Edge/Extend, AXIS Cloud Connect organization & user management. Your main focus will be to improve customer value through these tools.

Your day-to-day will among other things include these areas:

• Take part in the development: In close collaboration with the Product Manager, act as an expert on customer needs, expectations, and requirements. Work closely with R&D as a product owner, participate in daily stand-ups, and prioritize between the roadmap, development initiatives, and customer cases.
• Drive competence: Create training materials, run product training sessions, customer presentations and write technical notes, FAQs and white papers.
• Assist customers: Take part and do demonstrations in pre-sales discussions, solve and prioritize support cases of a high complexity, either on your own or in close cooperation with R&D engineers.

We travel to strengthen relations but focus on digital media to become efficient. Travelling up to 15 days a year.

Who are we looking for/Who are you?

We are looking for a driven and structured individual with experience and talent in problem solving. We believe you have a service minded attitude and that you are practical when it comes to technical matters, as you will need to do hands-on product testing and product evaluation.

You have social skills and an ability to manage and perform in a multi-cultural environment with international contacts. You enjoy a high pace and to have multiple activities ongoing in parallel. You are always open to customers and colleagues, contributing to a good team spirit and a productive environment.

Furthermore, we believe you have:

• At least 5 years of work experience.
• Experience with IP networks and Software Applications is essential.
• A pedagogic approach, both spoken and written, when explaining technical matters.
• A deep understanding of technical matters.
• Interest in and experience of documentation, including creating educational videos, creating support documentation, manuals etc.
• Excellent English skills, written and verbal. Swedish language skills are not essential, but a distinct advantage.

Bonus points for experience with:

• IT administration.
• Security integrator work.
• Software Product Management.
• IAM and cloud services.
• Product evaluation, test procedures and troubleshooting.
