Overview:
We are looking for a proactive Product Specialist who is passionate about building products that are MUST HAVE for our customers (business owners, banks and payment providers). You will join a small team in a big company and work with cross-functional teams to design, build and roll-out products that deliver the company’s vision and strategy.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their product management career who is eager to learn the full product lifecycle—from discovery and MVP delivery to launch and iteration—while contributing to meaningful, data-driven products in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:
• Support the translation of business and product strategy into clear product requirements and execution plans.
• Gather insights and help drive internal awareness to support successful product launches.
• Contribute to the product roadmap and assist with backlog maintenance and prioritization under guidance from senior PMs.
• Assist with product launches, including pricing, positioning, and go-to-market activities.
• Provide inputs to product marketing and stakeholders by helping document key features, differentiators, and messaging.
• Write functional requirements (user stories, acceptance criteria, basic workflows) with support and review from senior team members.
• Participate actively in agile ceremonies (daily scrums, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives).
• Act as a point of contact for the development team by clarifying requirements and escalating open questions when needed.
• Help document and improve existing processes and procedures to support team productivity.

Requirements:
• Some prior experience in product management, business analysis, consulting, or a related role (internships or graduate roles included).
• Exposure to the product development lifecycle, with hands-on involvement in one or more stages (discovery, delivery, launch, or iteration).
• Ability to support product and go-to-market initiatives by contributing analysis, documentation, and coordination activities.
• Comfortable working with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, sales, marketing) in a collaborative, matrixed environment.
• Basic understanding of the software development lifecycle and experience writing or contributing to business and functional requirements (e.g., user stories, acceptance criteria).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with clear written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to explain structured ideas clearly and ask thoughtful questions when dealing with complex topics.
• Experience or interest in the payments industry, merchant solutions, or APIs is a plus, but not required.
