Experience:
· Minimum of 4 years of experience in the software industry
· Experience in working in agile teams using technologies like Python, Node.JS, React.Js, typescript and
different kind of datastores.
· Experience with creating agentic AI in Python. This involves creating autonomous AI agents that can perceive
their environment, make decisions, and take actions to achieve specific goals also using large language
models (LLMs) and / or a willingness to learn this.
· Experience in software development, with proficiency in both frontend and backend technologies.
· Strong understanding of software engineering principles, architecture, and best practices.
· Experience in end-to-end software project delivery, from conception to deployment
· Key Skills:
· Web Technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript
· Backend & API Integration: Node.js creation of RESTful APIs (and orchestration)
· Cloud & DevOps: Docker, Jira, Git, Rush, (we use infra as code but run containers for local development)
· Experience with creating agents in python with frameworks like langchain and langraph.
· Security & Logging: Security Best Practices, ELK, Kibana
· Version Control & Build Tools: GitHub/BitBucket
· Hands-on experience with AWS, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines
· AI Code Generation tools like GitHub Copilot ·
Mandatory Skills:
· Full stack development with Python and Agentic AI workflows ·
Knowledge of Security best practices (e.g., authentication, authorization, secure coding) ·
Strong experience in Unit Testing (vitest, Cypress) and Logging frameworks ·
Nice to have:
Critical thinkers who like engineering challenges. ·
Working experience in Typescript and NodeJS
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript ·
