The Boeing CompanyBoeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) has an exciting opportunity for a Product & Services Quality Manager who will ensure aircraft repairs meet Type Design by overseeing final component installation, systems operation functional testing, modification, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair in support of SST priorities in Renton, Washington.
Strategic Support Team (SST), Quality Manager is responsible for providing oversight of the QMS, while collaborating with SST Operations to better align with Programs Special Projects. This position interacts with cross functional team across the Renton and Everett sites and there might be travel between Seattle Delivery Center and Renton and/or Everett in support of the 737 program.

Position Responsibilities:
Interfaces with SST Operations, engineering, management, suppliers, and customers to meet program requirements and ensure customer satisfaction
Familiar with the QMS requirements when working in the PC 700 to deliver a Safe and Quality Product
Develops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals
Acquires resources for projects and processes, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
1+ years of experience in a leadership role (team leader, temp manager, large scale cross functional project/program management, or formal manager experience) OR have completed the Boeing internal course "Exploring Leadership"
Do you have prior Material Review Boards (MRB) signature authority or equivalent in a Commercial or Defense based program
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
3+ years of experience in developing and maintaining relationships and partnerships with senior executives, customers, stakeholders, peers, and business partners
