Roles and Responsibilities
Entire pre & post sales activity including (not limited to) customer presentations, clinical images review, Surgical C-Arm products demonstration, Pre & Post-sales application support.
Maximize Sales, Orders, Margin, Market share, Customer satisfaction for the Surgery modality and business solutions for the assigned region
Implement solid go to market strategies and clinical differentiation to secure market share and profitable business growth in association with the product leader
Develop long-term customer relationships, KOL/Advocates, Show site management and customer satisfaction and drive growth
Create business plan for assigned accounts including opportunity development, competitive strategies and installed base targets.
Organize product demonstrations, site visits and follow up.
Provide support to account sales team on strategy and product offerings.
Lead and prepare the quote tender response and validate the tender documentation in collaboration with territory sales manager.
Track market and provide accurate current and forecasts data using information tools available.
Communicate market information effectively to/from the field including competitor data.
Communicate effectively with members of sales/marketing/service team to maximize all sales potential and communicates leads to relevant colleagues.
Work with Sales, Channel Partners and Product Leader to formulate marketing strategy drive market share and meet business targets.
Ability to communicate merits of product capabilities effectively.
Generates, records, and maintains customer profiles, including key decision makers.
Required Qualifications
Radiography qualification with AHRPA registration and radiation license
Minimum 2 years experience as a clinical radiographer, experience in surgical c-arms preferred
Drivers license
Have a deep understanding of customer ecosystem in Surgical domain to generate business growth in support of business segment targets on orders, revenue, cost and margin.
Ability to energize, develop and build rapport at all levels within an organization and work in a matrix environment
Outstanding writing, presentation, commercial and communication skills.
Strong leadership, collaboration skills and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
Fluent oral and written English language skills
Can-do attitude, flexible, intellectually curious, willing to work with cross-functional, global team
Give presentations and deliver materials with skill, confidence, and credibility.
Willingness travel around Australia and New Zealand to support sales, applications, conferences, and internal training. You would expect to be away ~50% of the time.
