As our Product Quality Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our Jabra Enterprise video, speak and headset product ranges throughout their lifecycle. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement quality assurance processes, identify and resolve quality issues, and ensure continuous improvement initiatives.

At our global HQ, located in Ballerup, Denmark, you will be part of our global Product Quality function, where you report to Senior Manager, Development Quality, Niels Kløve.

Your contribution is appreciated, and you will:

  • Manage development quality processes for our Enterprise video, speak, and headset product range
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards are met
  • Set reliability and performance requirements by developing and implementing quality control procedures, testing protocols, and performance metrics
  • Conduct regular reviews to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with internal and external standards
  • Monitor and analyze product performance data to identify trends and areas for enhancement
  • Provide guidance and support to the development team to resolve quality-related issues
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to report on quality metrics and project progress
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve quality assurance practices
  • Utilize DFMEA, CTQ, QFD, design guidelines, DOE, quality feedback loop, and quality planning

To perform well in the role, we imagine that you:

  • Pursue proactive involvement resulting in a low number of setbacks later in the development process.
  • Contribute to the Hypercare phase in case of critical market feedback.
  • Provide clear and constructive statements in case of showstopper defects that would lead to launch delays.
  • Continuous integrate lessons learned into development guidelines.

Professional skills and requirements

  • Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Demonstrated experience in quality management for video systems or related technology
  • Solid knowledge of Teams and Zoom platforms
  • Skilled in leadership and team management
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions
  • Skilled in verbal and written communication and interpersonal relations
  • Detail-oriented with a deep commitment to quality
  • Experience with agile development methodologies
  • Familiarity with automated testing tools and techniques
  • Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements for video, speaker, headsets, and communication systems

Travel Requirements

1-2 weeks per year.
