We are seeking a talented and dynamic Product Proposition Manager (PPM) to join our Global Digital Team at Mercer Marsh Benefits (MMB).

This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the London office.

Reporting to the Principal Product Innovator, the PPM is responsible for the end-to-end ownership and management of a key digital product serving Mercer Marsh Benefits global consumer base. This role includes managing the product roadmap, overseeing the CapEx process, leading new country implementations, and ensuring ongoing account management and support.

We will count on you to:

  • Own the product lifecycle for the global consumer application, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

  • Develop, maintain, and communicate a comprehensive product roadmap that supports business goals and client needs.

  • Manage the CapEx process, including budgeting, forecasting, and investment approvals related to the product.

  • Lead the planning and execution of new country implementations, coordinating with local teams and stakeholders to ensure successful launches.

  • Provide ongoing support and account management for existing markets, addressing client needs and resolving issues promptly.

  • Oversee and support the Channel Manager, who is responsible for market enablement, scaling, and management of the product in specific regions.

  • Collaborate closely with the Channel Manager to ensure growth ambitions and targets are met, providing strategic guidance and removing obstacles.

  • Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, client services, and other teams to prioritize and deliver product enhancements and fixes.

  • Monitor product performance through data analysis and user feedback, driving continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, industry standards, and data security requirements.

  • Report product status, risks, and opportunities to the Principal Product Innovator and other key stakeholders.

What you need to have:

  • Proven experience in product ownership or product management, preferably with global digital applications.

  • Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and roadmap development.

  • Experience managing CapEx processes and budgeting for technology products.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects and coordinate with global teams.

  • Experience managing and supporting direct reports or related roles, such as channel or regional managers.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

  • Familiarity with digital product development, user experience principles, and data-driven decision making.

  • Knowledge of compliance, security, and data privacy standards relevant to digital products.
