Job Description

The role:
The Product Platform Manager plays a critical role in supporting the implementation and ongoing management of Invesco’s product platform across the Americas. Focused on operational readiness, regulatory alignment, and execution of product initiatives. This role maintains a close partnership with the Americas Product Development team to ensure seamless transition from product design to implementation, enabling efficient and scalable product delivery.

Responsibilities of the role:

  • Support the operational implementation of new products and changes
  • Coordinate cross-functional project teams, including Product Development, to ensure timely and accurate execution of product initiatives
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on operational and regulatory requirements
  • Develop and maintain project plans and communication frameworks
  • Partner with legal, compliance, and operations on documentation and filings
  • Assist in recurring product reviews and operational enhancements
  • Apply a consultative approach to process improvement
  • Utilize AI tools to streamline workflows and improve delivery

Requirements of the role:

  • Expertise in third-party custodian operations (fund administration, digital asset custody, staking) with strong knowledge of workflows, compliance, and platform integration
  • Solid understanding of investment vehicles: ETFs, SMAs, private markets, and digital assets
  • Proven experience managing cross-functional projects and stakeholder engagement
  • Familiarity with fund governance, regulatory filings, tax considerations, and product-related regulatory frameworks
  • Exposure to AI-driven tools and automation platforms
  • Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills; consultative mindset
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management applications; analytical team player
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree required (business/finance preferred); MBA or project management certification a plus

The salary range for this position in Illinois is $110,000 to $130,000/ year. The total compensation offered for this position includes salary and incentive pay and will vary based on skills, experience and location.
