Les systèmes de soins de santé sont confrontés à de profondes transformations. Les attentes des payeurs, les comportements des patients et des professionnels de la santé évoluent rapidement, dans un paysage concurrentiel en pleine mutation. L'augmentation et la consolidation des fabricants de dispositifs médicaux, l'accélération de la transformation numérique - renforcée par la crise de la CoVid-19 - exigent un renforcement de l'alignement et de l'internationalisation de certaines de nos activités.

En réponse à ces défis, l'activité Santé à Domicile a décidé :

  • d'accélérer la transformation numérique et l'homogénéisation des systèmes d'information à travers le programme TechCARE,

  • de massifier les activités d'approvisionnement et développer les synergies entre les différentes entités mondiales d'Air Liquide Healthcare (santé à domicile et gaz médicaux).

Pour mettre en œuvre cette stratégie, l'entité Air Liquide Healthcare International Services & Technology (ALHIST) a été créée. Elle est dédiée à l'hébergement des services opérationnels mondiaux partagés, telles que les équipes Digital & IT et Procurement & MedTech.

Product Owner (PO) Integration Façade is responsible for the full integrations “discovery-delivery” cycle, but is also responsible for defining a vision and goals for the CX Façade as a product used in a portfolio of IT projects, for the development of a “core” solution or for countries.


 

Digital Transformation Program Context - HHC “TechCARE”

Air Liquide Home Healthcare (HHC) business is engaged in a profound business transformation enabled by Digital, known as “Value-Based Healthcare” (VBHC), with the objective to provide optimized and personalized care to our  patients.

This transformation is enabled by a joint Business & IT program known as “TechCARE” : Business develops a “Business Core Model” (organization, process, kpis…) which is then implemented by IT into a “Core Solution” (suite of IT solutions integrated between them). TechCARE is being rolled-out until 2027 in a total of 25+ countries.

TechCARE Program is based on 4 interconnected streams:
 

  • TechCARE.CX aims at transforming HHC front office operations (sales, contact center, field service agents visiting patients at home). Delivered on Salesforce platform, CX is already deployed in 15 countries and used by +2,500 AL users worldwide.

  • TechCARE.base aims at building a solid and robust core back office for supply chain, billing, finance, controlling and procurement, complementing TechCARE.CX for the overall HHC operations. Planned to be delivered on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) ERP, and deeply  integrated with Salesforce.
     

  • TechCARE.therapy provides innovative digital solutions for therapy management to patients and healthcare professionals, including Apps, portals, and telemonitoring.
     

  • TechCARE.data objectives are to unlock HHC data availability and usage thanks to a Core Data Model, a Data Platform to collect, store, and then expose our data for new usages, and an Integration Platform used to connect all different applications together. 

To deliver TechCARE Solutions, a dedicated Healthcare Digital & IT (HC D&IT) organization was set-up on January 1st, 2021 to support this strategy. 

Roles & Responsibilities of the Product Owner (PO) Integration Façade 

CX Facade is an ecosystem of APIs or Connectors, which represent a set of field mappings and transformation rules for specific data meant to be exported or imported. These connectors allow data exchanges following the Healthcare-related global standard “FHIR” (Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources) to ensure data interoperability and seamless integration across heterogeneous platforms. It is the backbone of data integration between the Salesforce platform and all the other applications of the IT landscape (ERP, MDM, Portals, etc.), through an Integration Platform that uses Google Apigee.

In this context, the Product Owner (PO) Integration Façade is responsible for the full integrations “discovery-delivery” cycle, but is also responsible for defining a vision and goals for the CX Façade as a product used in a portfolio of IT projects, for the development of a “core” solution or for countries.


This role includes the following activities and responsibilities:

  • Communicating with stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements for data integrations, and translating those into technical requirements for the development team

  • Defining rules for logical data mappings logical (data structure) and physical data mappings (actual data paths and formats) through thorough and careful analysis of data models on both ends together with the integration teams at stake, ensuring data is properly transformed to the expected FHIR format and standards before it is sent out 

  • Working closely with the development team to specify,  design and implement the related integration connectors against an integration pattern that meets the needs of the business stakeholders

  • Participating in connector development testing and troubleshooting, including in an end-to-end functional context

  • Continuously monitoring the performance and security of the integration overall technology and making recommendations for improvements and optimizations.

  • Continuously maintaining an internal detailed catalog of  standard “Core” connectors, from a technical and scope perspectives within the scope of an “API as a product” approach, that also serves as a convergence tool to limit the API proliferation

  • Collecting and analyzing comments and data from the users to perform evolutive and adaptive maintenance to optimize the CX Façade as needed, in compliance with Air Liquide and Salesforce security and performance standards

  • Managing and communicating a CX Façade product roadmap with related needs in resources and budget.

Experiences and Skills

  • Higher-Education Degree (Master 2)

  • Strong proficiency in API integration with practical experience in integrating Salesforce with ERPs (SAP, Microsoft D365, Infor ..)

  • Strong experience in Salesforce integrations patterns and data transformation and formats (JSon knowledge mandatory)

  • Strong stakeholder management skills

  • Good understanding of project management methodologies

  • Good understanding of Agile approach and metrics

  • Good  writing & speaking skills

  • Good interpersonal and leadership skills, this position being in the center of critical IT development activities in a highly-regulated industry

  • Energetic, reactive, motivated by challenges

  • Analytics, rigorous, autonomous, well organized

  • Creative and familiar with digital tools/technologies

  • Fluent English and French or Spanish are mandatory.

The position can be based in Bagneux (France) or in Paterna (Spain).

This is a permanent contract.
