  • Define and maintain clear product requirements, including epics and user stories, using Agile methodologies to support effective sprint planning, delivery, and execution.
  • Act as PMO for internally originated Risk initiatives, driving the full lifecycle of Risk-owned epics from intake and prioritization through delivery, reporting, and closure.
  • Partner closely with risk stakeholders and other cross-functional teams to operationalize fraud strategies, and decision frameworks into scalable product features.
  • Participate and provide guidance during technical product design by understanding the application architecture, including APIs, vendor integrations, and payment orchestration flows.
  • Evaluate, onboard, and manage third-party Risk vendors, collaborating with Engineering teams to assess feasibility, performance, and scalability.
  • Communicate effectively with senior leadership, presenting delivery plans, product direction, and strategy for the capabilities being developed or supported in a clear, data-driven manner.
  • Demonstrate strong documentation and communication skills, maintaining structured program tracking, clear status reporting, and tailored communications for multiple stakeholder audiences (executive, business, and delivery teams)
  • Ensure end-to-end delivery ownership, including design, development, testing, launch, and post-production monitoring.
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying gaps, proposing enhancements, and proactively addressing operational risk-related issues before they escalate.
  • Reporting, analytics, and data visualization skills are considered a strong plus, enabling clear insight into program health, delivery performance, and risk trends.

Role Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Product Owner, Product Management, or related roles, delivering digital products using Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid frameworks).
  • Experience delivering products using Agile and iterative development practices, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and release coordination.
  • Experience in online fraud prevention or risk mitigation within digital products or payment ecosystems is strongly preferred.
