Mission
We are launching a strategic initiative – a new solution that transforms customer data (batch and real time) into actionable classifications that fuel personalization, dynamic pricing, loyalty, eligibility checks, and smarter operational decisions.
As the Product Owner of the new created squad, you will shape and deliver this solution end‑to‑end. You will represent multiple business areas, define the product vision, translate business needs into actionable requirements, and guide a multidisciplinary team of data management experts and technical engineers to turn vision into reality.
About the team
You will be part of a newly formed, cross‑functional squad within the Private Individuals domain, focused on building scalable, data‑driven capabilities with high business and customer impact. The team brings together data specialists, engineers, and delivery experts, working closely with business stakeholders across multiple tribes. The environment is Agile, collaborative, and fast‑paced, with strong exposure to strategic initiatives and senior leadership.
Your day to day
Define and own the vision and roadmap for the new IT solution.
Collect, consolidate, and structure requirements from multiple business representatives.
Translate business logic for customer classifications into functional requirements for technical analysis.
Ensure clarity on data requirements, data quality expectations, and system dependencies.
Keep documentation accurate and up to date.
Prioritize use cases based on proven benefits and customer impact.
Understand data platform capabilities and limitations (e.g. batch vs. real‑time).
Anticipate how data flow changes impact delivery timelines, features, and customer outcomes.
Lead a cross‑functional squad using Agile ways of working (planning, refinement, execution, delivery).
Ensure delivery is on track in terms of scope, timelines, budget, and quality.
Act as the main point of contact for internal stakeholders and external partners.
Coordinate stakeholders across multiple tribes and external partners.
Prepare Steering Committee materials and report status, risks, dependencies, and decisions needed.
Ensure alignment with GDPR, IT Risk, Data Governance, and audit requirements.
What you bring to the team
Minimum 3 years of experience in relevant roles (Product Owner of an IT solution).
Relevant banking knowledge and previous experience in delivering IT data‑related projects are essential for this role.
Strong experience in data ecosystems, data integration processes.
Proven abilities in business analysis, requirement structuring, and cross‑functional alignment.
Experience working with Agile teams delivering data or backend products.
Strong communication skills in English - able to translate complex topics into simple, actionable messages.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, changing environment.
Excellent planning, prioritization, and coordination skills.
Proactive, solution‑oriented, and comfortable challenging the status quo.
Strong ownership mentality — you make things happen.
Strong stakeholder influencing skills and confidence when working with senior leaders.
