Intelligence-fueled.You are responsible for shaping and delivering a roadmap of Power Platform solutions that simplify and digitize Operations processes. You will own the product vision, prioritize the backlog, and work closely with Operations stakeholders, the Power Platform Architect, and development teams to turn ideas into scalable apps built on Power Apps, Power Automate and related services.
This role is ideal for someone who understands operational workflows, enjoys solving business problems with technology, and is comfortable working with modern AI-assisted development practices such as vibe coding and Copilot.
Key responsibilities
Define and own the product vision and roadmap for operations-focused Power Platform solutions.
Translate business needs into clear epics, user stories and acceptance criteria for the engineering team.
Maintain and prioritize the product backlog, balancing quick wins with long-term platform and architecture improvements.
Run regular backlog grooming, sprint planning and review sessions with the squad (Architect, Developers, QA, Operations SMEs) across Geos (India/US/Mexico)
Partner with Operations leaders to understand pain points, quantify impact and define success metrics for each release.
Make day-to-day scope and priority decisions to unblock the team and keep delivery on track.
Validate solutions through demos, UAT and pilot rollouts; collect feedback and refine requirements.
Promote consistent patterns for using Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse and vibe.powerapps across products.
Encourage the use of Copilot and vibe coding patterns to speed up prototyping and iteration while keeping quality high.
Track adoption and business outcomes; report progress, risks and dependencies to product and operations leadership.
Skills & experience
5+ years of experience in Product Owner, Product Manager.
Must have Jira knowledge
Hands-on experience delivering solutions on Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse).
Nice to have understanding of Operations / back-office processes (e.g. Whole sale management)
Proven experience writing user stories, defining acceptance criteria and working with agile/scrum teams.Leveraging AI to enhance user stories and improve Quality of stories
Comfort working with technical teams (architects, developers, QA) and challenging requirements when needed.
Experience working with AI-assisted tools (e.g. Power Apps Copilot, GitHub Copilot, vibe coding in Power Apps) is a strong plus.
Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish, with the ability to work effectively with Mexico-based developers
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
