We are on the lookout for Product Owner to join our vibrant team.
Responsibilities:
- The B2C Product Owner (internally known as Digital Assets Owner) will work with local marketing, sales, IT and Group IT Teams to further develop our Mobile Apps environment;
- Collaborate with the Product Manager and Group Digital Asset Ower to monitor consumers journey touchpoints to identify product enhancements related to B2C Apps, B2C related website/portal;
- Working on various group and local projects according to the Group strategic plan;
- Proactively work with Marketing , Sales and CS teams to collect requirements, features and priorities for the Digital Asset (product) they manage;
- Act as an ambassador for the digital asset internally and externally and serve as the primary contact for queries related to consumer apps and portals;
- Collaborate with the Product Manager on the creation of consumer user stories (i.e. the formalized description of the feature or part of feature which needs to be developed), and associated acceptance criteria;
- Manage the prioritization of features in the product backlog, and ensure their successful release;
- Mitigate blockers affecting successful team completion of Release/Sprint Goals;
- Conduct testing prior to app releases and on issues reported by users;
- Documentation and process updates/improvements;
Technical competencies:
- Knowledge of web development platforms architectures;
- 3+ years of previous experience as a Product Owner;
- Proven project management experience within banking, financial services, or fintech environments;
- Good communication and influencing skills;
- Understanding of products and ability to articulate the value derived based on the functionality;
- Fluency in English;
- Higher degree in relevant area.
Considered as advantage:

- Experience in using UI/UX tools to complete wireframes/mock-ups;
