Own the entire lifecycle of a product from idea, through to explore, validate, grow, sustain and eventually retire. Key decision maker and accountable to the business for delivering value to their customers.
The Campaign Center of Excellence (COE) Product Owner leverages the agile methodology to manage the development and delivery activities with regards to omnichannel products and solutions, engages with product leaders and stakeholders to access and represent Features, OKRs, and priorities to the agile team, as well as, to decompose features into story cards, leads the building of the product backlog, sets sprint priorities, provides product demos, assists with mitigating delivery, and provides stakeholders with transparency into day-to-day execution.
All these activities should maximize adoption of the Omnichannel ecosystem by Sanofi GBUs and their affiliates, in a way that provides consistent digital experience to HCPs, ensure operational best practices, reduce costs from third party vendors, optimize internal resources.

Product Line Owners within Accelerator Omnichannel marketing team
Global GTMC executives for operational alignment, affiliate head of GTMC for commitment to adoption, GTMC country teams to ensure optimize use of campaign tools
CDO teams (UX, data, architecture) for strategic direction of engagement core models
GBUs commercial leadership and country teams for priorities and business impact.
Product line owners to review and provide strategic guidance on omnichannel solutions/ features and user stories

Main Responsibilities:
1. Product Owner is the SME of marketing automation platforms and campaign data management
Support several internal Business Areas within Campaign automation/orchestration systems (ex.: Salesforce Marketing Cloud) for Omnichannel Journeys: email, SMS, WhatsApp, push, apps etc.
Ensures that proper training materials and support resources are available for users of the adopted products or services.
Build/interpret metrics and provide guidance on best practices.
Coordinate and check the maintenance, integrity, and security of the platform.
Oversee & implement the teams’ development, configuration (SAP, DE’s, automations etc.), data integration/ingestion activities in line with the global architecture to reduce duplication and increase adoption
Is in charge for the technical debt reduction.
Collaborate with different platform POs to ensure smooth integration and functionality of adopted components.
Validates completeness of approved features for deployment and leads the validation of feature priority and implementation sequencing timeline.
Develop and maintain procedures related to the adopted products or services.
2. Product Owner is the Agilist
Participate into the product lifecycle activities, especially requirements gathering through production and release, manage the deployment at scale.
Manage and ensure cross-impacted teams are identified early and included in solution discussion; manage impact assessment timelines.
Manage priorities with other Product Owners where cross-product conflicts exist.
Provide stakeholders with transparency to execution progress and blockers.
Manage the COE Campaign POD team Product Backlog and define sprint goals by consulting with the scrum teams during development & deployment, providing clarification and context, confirm user story acceptance criteria, and accept completed User Stories.
Track key product performance indicators (KPIs) and define release-specific success metrics.
Log open risks, issues, questions, decisions against Features.
Clearly document ongoing changes to feature scope, prioritization, and requirements.
Perform other duties as assigned.
About You
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science or related fields
3+ years of Product Management experience or equivalent focusing on digital technologies and service-based integrations.
3+ years of experience with Salesforce CRM (Sales & Service Cloud, Communities)
1+ years of background in agile SCRUM agile practices and associated tools
Ability to collaborate with clients to design customer journeys, and associated data models. Experience with Marketing Cloud Studios & Builders, most importantly Email Studio, Content Builder, Cloud Pages and Automation Studio
Must have excellent English written and verbal communication skills
Self-starter who develops plans and is committed to hitting delivery dates.
Ability to develop working relationships with individuals at all levels of an organization.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Multinational thinking and working
Fundamental understanding of database technologies
Ability to translate business needs to technology teams.
Experience with desktop and mobile web, mobile apps, and alerts.
Preferred Requirements
Salesforce Certifications (e.g., Administrator, Platform App Builder, Sales/Service Cloud Consultant, Marketing Cloud Email Specialist)
Business or digital marketing studies, with an emphasis on CRM and marketing automation.

The salary range for this position is:
