The Product Owner, Memberships oversees the strategy, development, and ongoing management of members belonging to the Healthcare Communications Network (HCN), including publisher organizations, CME groups, associations, and related organizations. This role ensures a strong value exchange between IQVIA Digital and participating member organizations, in order to enable and maintain consent-based, value driven HCP marketing programs. You will own the roadmap, data flows, member experience, and internal alignment needed to maximize the value of the HCN and strengthen member relationships and expand the network’s value.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Vision
• Define and maintain the product vision for the membership network, including data‑sharing workflows, clear value-exchange framework, and member relationship programs.
• Develop and communicate a multi‑phase roadmap that supports strategic marketing, data governance, and partner expansion goals.
• Align product direction with business needs, privacy expectations, and partner feedback.
• Collaborate with team members responsible for the strategy and delivery of high-value HCP experiences on the HCN.
Membership & Partner Network Management
• Serve as primary product lead for all publisher, CME, and association partners participating in the membership network.
• Drive a seamless onboarding experience, ensuring partners understand data-sharing requirements, tooling, and network benefits.
• Translate partner feedback into product requirements and updates that improve network value and usability.
Data Governance & Opt In Management
• Oversee how opt in statuses and member data flow through the system to ensure accuracy, compliance, and consistency with partner agreements.
• Align with internal teams to implement transparent, compliant data-sharing policies.
• Ensure the product adheres to data quality, compliance, and access standards commonly maintained by Data Product Owners.
Requirements, Backlog & Delivery
• Translate partner and internal business needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Prioritize the backlog based on business value, network impact, compliance requirements, and stakeholder needs.
• Work closely with engineering, data teams, and other teams to ensure timely and high quality feature delivery.
Publisher & Member Relationship Enablement
• Establish a member relationship program with ability to evolve with new capabilities and features that strengthen member engagement as well as serve to ensure high-quality and value-based contributions from members.
Performance Monitoring & Optimization
• Track key product metrics (partner retention, data consistency, engagement rates, opt in integrity, etc.) and report performance to stakeholders.
• Continuously refine workflows, compliance operations, and data-sharing features to improve usability and network value.
Qualifications
Required:
• 5+ years as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Data Product Owner
• Experience managing products involving complex partnerships, membership structures, or data exchange
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and backlog management
• Strong understanding of data governance, privacy compliance, and/or opt in/consent frameworks
• Excellent communication skills, especially for managing diverse external stakeholders
Preferred:
• Experience with publisher networks, associations, CME groups, or membership based business models
• Experience working with marketing activation platforms or identity/consent systems
• Knowledge of data integration (APIs, SFTP, audience syncs, CDPs)

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $87,000.00 - $217,600.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
