At ING, we’re committed to helping customers stay financially resilient, especially when navigating challenging moments. Our Financial Health team plays a critical role in this mission, overseeing hardship and collections activities with significant regulatory oversight to ensure we deliver the right support when it matters most. As part of this team, you’ll directly influence how we design, improve and deliver experiences that genuinely support customers’ financial wellbeing.
We’re on the hunt for a Product Owner – Financial Health to drive the development and execution of key initiatives across our hardship, collections and related customer processes. In this role, you’ll shape the roadmap, prioritise what the squad works on, and ensure every solution balances customer experience with regulatory, risk and business objectives. You’ll work alongside subject‑matter experts, Customer Journey Specialists and senior stakeholders to bring customer‑centric, compliant and scalable solutions to life.
As a core leader within the squad, you’ll take ownership of product decisions, KPIs, and delivery outcomes—using data, customer insights and cross‑functional collaboration to guide continuous improvement. This is an opportunity to influence ING’s approach to Financial Health end‑to‑end, create meaningful customer impact, and help build the foundations of a stronger, more compassionate banking experience.
This is a permanent role based in Sydney.
