Key Responsibilities

  • Own and prioritize the squad backlog aligned to the SIS roadmap
  • Define clear user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Translate business and regulatory needs into actionable requirements
  • Collaborate with Engineering, QA, and Architecture to deliver high-quality solutions
  • Support Agile ceremonies, clarify scope, and remove blockers
  • Ensure delivery meets business goals and regulatory standards while balancing enhancements and technical improvements

Required Experience

  • 8+ years in capital markets, securities processing, or financial services
  • 3+ years as a Product Owner, Lead BA, or similar role in Agile teams
  • Strong post-trade expertise (Clearance & Settlement, Reference Data, Books & Records, Account & Asset Servicing)
  • Experience managing backlogs and defining user stories
  • Experience with Jira and Confluence
  • Understanding of system integrations, data flows, and messaging standards
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work across global time zones
