As Product Owner – B2B CRM, Portal & Business Hub Transformation, this role leads the end-to-end transformation of CRM-led business processes into a future-ready digital B2B ecosystem. By orchestrating customer portals, business hubs, enterprise interfaces, and cross-functional delivery teams, this role ensures business continuity, process optimization, and scalable digital growth across the B2B customer lifecycle.
YOUR CHALLENGE:
- Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for B2B digital platforms (CRM, portals, business hubs), covering the full customer lifecycle
- Design and optimize end-to-end B2B sales, service, and operational processes, translating business needs into scalable digital solutions
- Lead large-scale transformation initiatives and orchestrate cross-functional workstreams (e.g. CRM, portals, data, interfaces)
- Own and prioritize the product backlog; ensure effective release planning and agile delivery with clear business value
- Establish governance frameworks including roadmap tracking, milestones, RAID logs, and dependency management
- Drive stakeholder alignment across business, IT, data, and external partners; ensure communication, adoption, and organizational readiness
- Ensure operational stability during transformation while monitoring performance, cost efficiency, and business impact
YOUR SKILLS:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field, with relevant experience in Product Ownership, Digital Platforms, or Transformation roles
- 5+ years of experience in leading or delivering large-scale B2B CRM, portal, or digital platform initiatives in complex enterprise environments
- Strong understanding of B2B customer lifecycle processes (lead, account, opportunity, order, service, partner workflows) and their digital enablement
- Solid knowledge of CRM systems, digital platforms, APIs, and integration landscapes, including data flows and cross-system dependencies
- Hands-on experience with agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum, Kanban), backlog management, roadmap planning, and structured delivery governance
- Proven ability to manage and align stakeholders across business and technical domains, with strong communication and decision-making skills
- Fluent in English; German is a plus; structured, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset with strong ownership and prioritization skills
