Product Owner – Marketing Ecosystem
Location: London, IOM, Leeds, Dublin
Reports to: Senior Product Manager
About the Role
We are looking for an exceptional Product Owner to drive innovation and efficiency within our Marketing Ecosystem. This domain powers personalized customer engagement through orchestration, content delivery, customer profile data, and partner integrations—supporting PokerStars’ vision to deliver meaningful, data-driven experiences at scale.
You’ll be the key bridge between Product and Technology—translating marketing and commercial needs into actionable requirements for engineering teams. Using lean and agile techniques, you’ll ensure the timely delivery of high-quality, scalable marketing capabilities that connect data, tools, and channels across the customer lifecycle.
You will thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment, balancing technical feasibility, business value, and customer impact while driving continuous improvement across the marketing technology stack.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Understand marketing, data, and commercial needs and translate them into clear technical and functional requirements.
- Lead the requirements-gathering process across stakeholders (marketing, data, engineering, content, CRM, partnerships).
- Own backlog management—writing user stories, acceptance criteria, prioritizing features, ensuring readiness for development.
- Drive alignment across orchestration, segmentation, and content systems to enable real-time personalization and campaign delivery.
- Partner with data and engineering teams to improve APIs, data flows, and interoperability across platforms (email, promo, notifications, partner audiences).
- Support the operational readiness and quality of releases across multiple systems and integrations.
- Maintain clear, consistent communication with stakeholders, tracking progress and outcomes.
- Manage dependencies across teams and ensure solutions meet performance, security, and compliance standards.
- Contribute to a data-driven culture—using metrics to evaluate success and inform iteration.
- Mentor and support other Product Owners to foster best practices.
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role, ideally in MarTech, AdTech, or customer data ecosystems.
- Strong understanding of marketing orchestration, segmentation, and personalization workflows.
- Technical fluency with APIs, data models, integrations, and automation tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and backlog management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
- Ability to balance technical depth with commercial and customer value.
- Experience working across global, multi‑product environments.
Nice to Have:
- Experience integrating marketing tools, CDPs, or partner audience platforms.
- Exposure to experimentation, A/B testing, or campaign analytics.
- Background in regulated or large‑scale B2C environments.
