About the Role
We’re looking for a Product Operations Manager who is the full package —someone with the mindset of a Product Manager and the operational rigor to scale a complex, multi-product organization. This is a high-impact individual contributor role with broad scope, not a coordinator role. You will treat our internal processes, analytics, and tooling as products, with our Product Managers, engineers, and cross-functional partners as your customers. You will own a roadmap and backlog, identify opportunities to add value, and drive them to completion with minimal oversight.
This role operates at the intersection of strategy and execution —helping a fast-moving Product organization work smarter, make better decisions, and deliver with consistency at scale. You will lead through influence, not authority, and your success will be measured by the business impact you create.
What You’ll Do
Own the PDLC as a Product
Tooling Strategy & Governance

What You'll Bring
Why This Role, Why Now
Definitive Healthcare is actively embedding AI into both our products and how we operate —and this role sits at the center of that evolution. This role offers broad scope and real cross-functional influence, with the chance to build systems and capabilities that will define how we operate for years to come. If you want to do the most impactful work of your career in a complex, data-rich environment —this is it.
Compensation and Benefits
The salary range for this position is $132,000 – $198,000 per year, which represents the base pay the company reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this role. Actual compensation will depend on relevant experience, skills, and qualifications.
This role is also eligible to participate in the company’s annual bonus program, subject to individual and company performance.
All employees receive standard benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, unlimited paid time off, and participation in the company’s 401(k) plan with employer contribution.
Why we love Definitive, and why you will too!
