Product Operations Manager
AcuityMD is a software and data platform that accelerates access to medical technologies. We help MedTech companies understand how their products are used, why customers vary, and identify opportunities for physicians to better serve their patients. Each year, the FDA approves ~6,000 new medical devices. Our solution helps MedTech companies get these products to physicians more effectively so they can improve patient care with the latest technology. We're backed by Benchmark, Redpoint, ICONIQ Growth, and Ajax Health. We’re a high-growth SaaS company scaling rapidly.
We are looking for a Product Operations Manager to build and maintain the mechanisms that ensure the Product organization has reliable data insights, clear accountability, and operational discipline. As an individual contributor with significant influence and high leadership visibility, you’ll connect product metrics, analytics, and process rigor to improve how our teams plan, deliver, and measure the impact of product investments.
You will define how product metrics are collected, analyzed, and shared to inform product decisions, and maintain visibility into Product Management’s roadmaps and release criteria. You’ll facilitate cross-functional coordination, ensuring the right information flows between Product, Engineering, and go-to-market teams. You will ensure that the Product organization consistently measures outcomes, tracks key signals (usage, feedback, retention risk, etc.), and feeds those insights into product strategy and execution, driving continuous improvement.
Team Mission
We are building a world-class product team to build software features as meticulously crafted and data driven as the highly specialized MedTech products that save lives each day. Our team is the critical link between what our engineers build and what our customers need. We are looking for product leaders to develop deep empathy for our users, apply data to prioritize user needs, and bring new features to life by aligning and coordinating across technical and customer-facing teams.
Responsibilities
Product Metrics, Analytics & Insights
- Partner with Product Managers to ensure each initiative has clearly defined success criteria and measurable outcomes prior to development.
- Collaborate with Engineering to ensure accurate instrumentation and reliable collection of product metrics, making data accessible and actionable for the broader Product team.
- Maintain and evolve product dashboards and reporting mechanisms to track adoption, engagement, and success of our product offerings against defined goals.
- Analyze and communicate insights from product data, surfacing trends, risks, or opportunities that inform roadmap prioritization and product strategy.
- Monitor usage and engagement data to identify early warning signals (e.g., low adoption, feature underperformance, or churn risk) and coordinate appropriate follow-up actions with Product Management, Design and Engineering.
Product Execution & Operations
- Foster visibility and consistency in how product work is planned, tracked, and measured.
- Maintain up-to-date initiative tracking and operational dashboards (e.g., Jira or equivalent tools) that provide leadership and cross-functional teams with clear, accurate information on product progress and target milestones.
- Enable creation of internal product roadmaps and reporting to give leadership and stakeholders a clear view of plans, status, and outcomes.
- Facilitate operational readiness and alignment between Product, Design, and Engineering, including adherence to release criteria, and alpha/beta tracking. Assist Product Managers with execution of alpha and beta programs.
- Support evaluation, implementation, and adoption of tools that inform prioritization, and improve visibility across the Product organization.
- Partner with Product Marketing, Business Operations and Finance, and Go-to-Market teams to ensure product information is effectively communicated across teams.
- Coordinate structured reviews of internal and external feedback (e.g., customer input, feature requests, etc) to ensure signals are captured, synthesized, and integrated into prioritization discussions.
Your Profile
- 3-5+ years experience in product operations, product delivery, or product analytics in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and employ systems that improve visibility, accountability, and product delivery effectiveness.
- Experience with product analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel) and product management or agile tools (e.g., Jira, Productboard, Aha) to track progress and measure outcomes
- Comfortable defining and interpreting metrics. Able to connect quantitative data with qualitative insights to inform product decisions.
- Excellent cross-functional communication skills. Capable of translating information between Product, Engineering, Design, and Go-to-Market audiences.
- Confident operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments; able to prioritize effectively, clarify expectations, and escalate when needed.
Nice to Haves
- Experience managing feedback systems (structured input loops, categorization of unstructured feedback, etc.)
- Exposure to churn forecasting, retention analytics, or cohort analysis to identify customer health signals.
- Familiarity with GTM enablement and launch readiness processes that connect Product, Marketing, and Customer Success.
