Job Title: Product Operations Associate - Teva

Reports to: Sr. Manager, Product Operations - Teva

Location: Goleta, CA - Hybrid

The Role

As the Product Operations Associate for Teva, you will be the driving force behind the inner workings of our product creation teams. You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring deliverables are met across multiple calendars, maintaining accuracy in PLM systems, and fostering alignment among cross-functional teams. Your efforts will help keep our product showroom vibrant and up-to-date, supporting the team in bringing innovative products to life and representing the Teva brand at our Goleta headquarters.

Your Impact

Hit deadlines with 100% accuracy in PLM systems alongside product line management and development teams.
Solely responsible for the creation, maintenance, and updates of seasonal line sheets in Flex PLM.
Oversee sample distribution, retention protocol, archive management, and key-gate sample needs with cross-functional teams.
Manage sample showroom and product room presentation in partnership with the Sr. Manager, Product Operations.
Assist in developing standardized tools for consistent and clear execution across Product Management, Product Development, Planning, Marketing, and Design.
Coordinate with Marketing to provide necessary information for sell-in sheets, tradeshows, and sales meetings.
Communicate all notices regarding changes in product specifications and details to cross-functional teams.
Ensure adherence to deliverable deadlines and agreed upon timelines.
Schedule all cross-functional meetings for key milestones.
Attend cross-functional meetings and send notes or summaries as needed.
Support the Sr Manager, Product Operations with tasks as required.

Who You Are

Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of experience.
2+ years experience working in a global organization across functions such as Product, Marketing, Creative, Merchandising, Sales, Operations, Finance, Consumer Insights, or Consumer Lifecycle Management.
Excellent project management and organization skills with impeccable attention to detail.
Ability to prioritize, multitask, and adjust in a dynamic, fast-changing environment while driving results and maintaining a high level of accountability.
Experience managing multiple projects, timelines, and deliverables.
Experience supporting teams preferred.
