State Street is executing an enterprise-wide (“One State Street”) State Street Data Intelligence strategy, expanding on the data products that we offer clients today within our Global Markets business and State Street Associates. The team will develop and bring to market products from State Street data to create new value for State Street and its customers. This includes conducting research, ideating for new products, building requirements and roadmaps, working with the Commercial organization to successfully launch new data products, measuring their in-field performance against KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), and implementing improvement strategies and tactics. The business will procure and maintain appropriate data rights to ensure that we can be successful in our commercialization plans.

Your new role
 

This role will provide generalist infrastructure support for the Investor Data Products & Analytics which includes

  • providing ongoing direct and indirect customer support

  • performing tasks related to client lifecycle management (including functions related to onboarding, contracting, coordination with COEs such as Legal, AML/KYC and Billing COE)

  • performing certain management reporting and other administrative functions for the business unit, supporting functions related to Data Rights

  • serving as an SME on products

  • conducting research for the new products

  • supporting new data products launch

  • measuring in-field product performance

Qualifications

  • University Degree (completion of first-cycle studies) plus at least 3-5 years of related experience in financial services, client operations, process execution or business data analysis

  • Client-facing experience required

  • Working knowledge of Salesforce, Nintex Forms/Workflows, SQL, Toad/Oracle, Microsoft PowerBI/Tableau or other data visualization tools is a plus

  • Highly self-motivated in application of analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Interest and ability to develop in-depth understanding and proficiency with all Investor Data product and service offerings

  • Experience with complex, deadline driven projects

  • Solid understanding of financial services industry and investment manager businesses

  • Pro-active ownership and ongoing improvement of designated processes

  • Strong personal responsibility / accountability

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Sharepoint is required

Work organization requirement

  • hybrid work model with 3 days of office presence per week

Minimum Salary:

zł87,000 Annual

The minimum salary quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate ultimately works outside of this primary location, the applicable minimum salary may differ.​

Salary will be determined based on factors such as the position, type of work performed, individual skills, job description, working hours, diligence, initiative, self-management, length of employment, availability, and the quantity and quality of work delivered, as well as other objective and non-discriminatory criteria relevant to State Street employees.​

In addition to salary, employees are eligible to be considered for discretionary annual performance-based awards.​
