Product Offer Manager
Product Document Management is key to deploying and managing product data for initial release of our products and any engineering changes that follow. The team is also crucial to managing products and peripheral components though product release and the associated change activities post release. Put simply, they help to keep our game-changing products at their ground-breaking best. Along the way, the team works directly with diverse functions to help guide project management in the definition, design, building and shipping of systems configuration requirements.

What you’ll achieve
As a Product Offer Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of Product and Offer related data from creation to end-of-life. You will work with a large cross functional team including PG, Marketing, Supply Chain and many others on product introduction as well as new technology releases.
You will:
Take ownership and governance of all aspects of product data, project managing and utilizing available resources to ensure quality and alignment with Dell’s strategic goals
Proactively manage and coordinate product data updates, maintenance, and issue resolution using global processes and tools
Complete global project deployments through User Acceptance Testing (UAT), business requirement generation, and collaboration with IT teams
Identify opportunities to develop and implement long-term operational efficiencies and process improvements by working cross-functionally with teams such as sales, demand/supply, finance, IT, marketing, engineering, and others
Participate in global projects and initiatives that influence GOPO and Dell’s strategic objectives, guiding product marketing and sales on product offer strategy

Essential Requirements
Bachelors Degree in Data Management, Computer Science, Program Management or similar with proven experience and familiarity with data management and reporting.
Flexible, adaptable and an active team player
Comfortable leading project groups and has proven strong influencing skills.
An excellent communicator, both written and verbal, comfortable communicating to senior management and other stakeholders with different agendas.
Experience using Microsoft BI or other data management and reporting tools.
Desirable Requirements
PMP or equivalent project management methodology certification would be an advantage
Understanding of product configuration/validation principles an advantage; Strong applications knowledge
Experience using Microsoft BI or other data management and reporting tools.
Compensation
Dell is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salary range for this position is $82,800.00- $125,000.00
