The Job :
The position of Product Marketing Specialist is responsible for maintaining and updating product lines in relation to customer needs and competitor actions. For these product lines, they are responsible for sales and margin. For this reason, the Trade Marketing Specialist must organise promotional activities to ensure that the set objectives are achieved. They are in charge of launching new products and managing their life cycle.
What You’ll Do :
Conduct competitor analysis, data analysis, forecasting, and key account planning to drive sales and demand generation
Manage pricing, promotion planning, and margin analysis for financial performance
Ensure supply chain efficiency through accurate forecasting and management of excess & obsolete inventory
Support new product introductions and leverage existing brand assets with the central product team
Develop and execute trade marketing strategies, including promotions and price positioning
Prepare plans with account and sales managers to optimise product mix and maintain price parity across channels
Create promotional plans for key campaign windows across all channels
Prepare and implement category management plans for key accounts
Drive category mix and market share with major retailers in each country
Ensure product availability, visibility, and accessibility (AVA)
Manage marketing budget and ensure spending aligns with departmental goals
Evaluate effectiveness of commercial agreements, trade marketing promotions, and price parity
Share sales analysis and sell-out data across different sales channels
Develop, manage, and analyse inventory and sales reports; coordinate forecasts with sales directors
Coordinate new product launches, identify product gaps, and collaborate on product requirements
Work on price positioning for all markets based on competition
Develop insights for key account buyers and collaborate with the brand team to create winning strategies
Coordinate designs for major programs and implementations with GCX
Align company’s global strategy with key customers and key account plans
Maintain optimal communication and relationships with all internal and external stakeholders
Present marketing materials effectively to customers and end users
Achieve objectives defined in the OP Plan, drive growth, and identify new sales opportunities
You’re The Right Fit If :
Fluent English (C1/C2) – Ability to work easily in English.
Portuguese is a plus.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration.
2 years of experience in Product Manager/Trade Marketing/Key Accounts.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Knowledge in e-Commerce and digitalization.
