Summary of the Role

As a Product Marketing Manager at Thomson Reuters, you will be instrumental in driving the market success of our products. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive go-to-market strategies, translating product features into compelling customer value, and collaborating across teams to ensure our offerings resonate with our target audience. You will work closely with Product stakeholders to ensure the value of Thomson Reuters’ solutions is effectively brought to the market and that Sales stakeholders are enabled.


About the role

  • Develop and refine compelling value propositions and customer messaging for new and existing products, ensuring alignment with overall brand strategy.
  • Lead the planning and execution of product launches, coordinating cross-functional teams including product, sales, and communications to ensure successful market entry.
  • Conduct thorough competitor analysis to identify market trends, competitive landscapes, and opportunities for differentiation.
  • Drive customer lifecycle marketing initiatives, developing strategies to attract, engage, and retain customers across their journey.
  • Collaborate with sales and business development teams on partner marketing and partnership development initiatives, identifying opportunities to expand market reach.
  • Act as a key liaison for customer facing projects, gathering insights, and translating customer needs into actionable product and marketing strategies.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive product documentation and marketing collateral, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all materials.
  • Proactively identify and develop creative solutions to marketing challenges and opportunities, fostering innovation in our approach.
  • Influence stakeholders at all levels, building consensus and driving alignment on product marketing strategies and execution plans.
  • Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure timely and effective delivery of marketing programs and initiatives.


About You

  • Proven experience in product marketing, preferably within a B2B or technology-driven environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform in-depth competitor analysis and translate findings into strategic recommendations.
  • Strong coordination skills with a track record of successfully managing complex projects and cross-functional teams.
  • A creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative and effective marketing solutions.
  • Experience in customer facing projects, with a strong understanding of customer needs and behaviors.
  • Expertise in customer lifecycle marketing, including strategy development and execution.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling customer messaging and clear documentation.
  • Highly effective influencing skills, with the ability to build relationships and drive consensus.
  • A strong understanding of product launch methodologies and best practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to articulate and communicate clear and concise value propositions.

Thomson Reuters complies with local laws that require upfront disclosure of the expected pay range for a position. The base compensation range varies across locations. For any eligible US locations, unless otherwise noted, the base compensation range for this role is $72,100 - $133,900. This role may also be eligible for an Annual Bonus based on a combination of enterprise and individual performance. Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual’s knowledge, skills and experience with consideration given to internal equity. Base pay is one part of a comprehensive Total Reward program which also includes flexible and supportive benefits and other wellbeing programs.
