What this role is all about
You will join the CPaaS product side, working closely on RCS, a fast-evolving ecosystem. As a mid to senior-level Product Marketing Manager, you will shape go-to-market strategies and help position Infobip as a leader in next-generation customer engagement, with a strong internal focus on AI-driven capabilities.
What you’ll do
Own product marketing activities for RCS within the CPaaS portfolio, deeply understanding the ecosystem of carriers, partners, and technology providers
Build and execute go-to-market strategies, including positioning, messaging, and pipeline-building initiatives
Translate technical product features, including AI-related capabilities, into clear customer value and strategic reasons to buy
Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, Revenue teams , and broader Infobip marketing teams
Engage directly with customers and partners to develop customer stories, support sales meetings, and gather market insights
Act as an external-facing representative of the product through customer interactions, partner collaboration, events, and public speaking opportunities
Support and mentor less experienced team members through knowledge sharing and best-practice guidance
What makes you a strong fit
4+ years of proven experience in product, solutions, or portfolio marketing, ideally within an enterprise IT or software solutions environment
Strong interest in the future of customer experience and engagement technologies, including curiosity and openness toward AI-driven solutions
Experience in B2B marketing and sales enablement, with a hands-on, execution-focused approach to GTM and pipeline building
Ability to understand customer needs deeply and turn them into compelling messaging that addresses real pain points
Comfortable influencing decision-making across different seniority levels and working with large, complex stakeholder groups
Data-driven mindset, using insights and metrics to inform plans and decisions
Adaptable, proactive, and positive in changing priorities and environments
Nice-to-have qualifications
Exposure to telco, CPaaS, or RCS-related products or ecosystems
Experience with public speaking and active participation in industry events
