Product Marketing Manager

Description -

We are looking for a strategic and creative Product Marketing Manager to lead go-to-market efforts for products within our Retail and Industry Solutions portfolio. This position requires close interaction with product, sales, R&D, as well as customers in order to translate technical knowledge into compelling product narratives that drive pipeline and revenue. This role requires someone who can operate independently, synthesize complex product capabilities into clear value propositions, and produce high-quality marketing assets across a range of audiences and channels.

Responsibilities

•     Develop clear, differentiated positioning and messaging for hardware and software products across the Retail and industry solutions vertical markets.

•     Translate product specifications and technical capabilities into customer-facing value propositions that resonate with both technical and executive buyers.

•     Ensure messaging consistency across all customer touchpoints, from web content and datasheets to executive presentations.

•     Conduct competitive analysis against key market players and craft differentiation strategies that highlight product strengths.

•     Lead go-to-market planning and execution for new hardware and software launches, including naming, asset creation, announcement timing

•     Develop launch toolkits — including sales decks, one-pagers, FAQs, and demo scripts — for use by direct sales teams and channel partners.

•     Partner with demand generation to create campaign briefs, content assets, and performance metrics tied to pipeline goals.

•     Coordinate cross-functionally with product management, engineering, sales, and channel teams to align on launch readiness.

•     Create and maintain a library of sales enablement materials, including battle cards, objection-handling guides, ROI tools, and vertical-specific pitch decks.

•     Develop segment-specific collateral for key verticals, such as retail, healthcare, and hospitality.

•     Identify gaps in the sales funnel and develop targeted content to accelerate deals at each stage.

•     Work to understand buyer needs, market trends, and technology adoption patterns.

•     Develop and maintain buyer personas, ideal customer profiles (ICPs), and customer journey maps.

•     Partner with product management to represent the voice of the customer in roadmap discussions.

•     Monitor competitive product launches, and go-to-market shifts, synthesizing findings into actionable recommendations.




Education & Experience Recommended
• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically has 10+ years of work experience, preferably in product marketing, product design, or a related field.

The pay range for this role is $130,700 to $205,200 USD annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
