Position Overview:

We’re looking for a creative, strategic, and execution-focused Product Marketing Manager to support the internal rollout and adoption of digital workplace tools across our enterprise. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Customer Success, you will own the go-to-market planning and engagement lifecycle for digital capabilities that drive employee productivity, collaboration, and engagement in a secure and highly regulated environment. You will lead the creation of compelling messaging and campaigns that drive user adoption, while guiding a team of content strategists and designers to develop engaging, user-focused enablement materials.

You will thrive in a fast-paced setting where priorities can shift rapidly, requiring strong judgment to prioritize work and deliver value efficiently. Serving as a key liaison with Corporate Communications, you will build and maintain strong relationships with service owners and cross-functional partners to align marketing efforts with organizational goals and technology roadmaps.

What You Will Do:

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for internal digital tool rollouts, upgrades, enhancements and new features.
  • Create clear, user-centric messaging that articulates the value of digital tools in the context of the employee’s day-to-day life and specific tasks to complete. Advocate for customer interests throughout product launches, major product/project initiatives.
  • Design and run internal marketing campaigns that increase awareness, adoption, and engagement with digital solutions.
  • Produce enablement assets including presentations, playbooks, internal articles, and FAQs. Manage and maintain designed assets and content to be aligned with brand standards. Lead a team of content strategists & designers to develop end user-facing materials.
  • Track campaign performance and adoption metrics and use data to refine strategies and demonstrate value to leadership.
  • Own the intake, prioritization, and execution of product marketing communication requests, ensuring timely and effective delivery aligned with organizational priorities.
  • Manage key stakeholder relationships including partnering closely with Customer Success, UX, Infrastructure, communications and other stakeholders to align marketing efforts with user needs and technology roadmaps.

Qualifications You Must Have:

  • Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience
  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing, internal communications, digital adoption, or related field—preferably in enterprise or B2B environments

  • Experience working in a product- or application-based team
  • Experience working in User Experience and Design discipline
  • Experience working in Infrastructure or Digital Technology teams
  • Knowledge of UX principles and design thinking

The salary range for this role is 101,000 USD - 203,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
