Job Summary
This requisition is critical to ensuring sustained leadership and execution for the entire HP Consumer Desktop product line - including AIO, tower and miniPC. The senior IC will provide product‑line ownership across roadmap planning, architecture and feature introduction, solution strategy, product messaging, and competitive positioning. This role will also lead product and product‑line mitigation efforts, delivering timely, data‑driven assessments and recommendations to support executive decision‑making. Given the scale and business impact of Consumer Desktop products, this role requires deep industry experience, rapid response capability, and strong executive‑level communication.



Responsibilities
• Develops and secures approval for high-level global CPS plans and budgets on a global scale, aligning them with organizational objectives.
• Leads cross-functional, cross-organizational teams and agencies in the development and execution of intended product/solution plans.
• Develops and owns a comprehensive GTM scorecard/dashboard, including associated metrics, goals, and benchmarks.
• Leads the development of closed-loop post-analysis for marketing programs, and identifies and executes indicated actions.
• Develops and defines customer segmentation strategies at a global scale, tailoring PSS experiences to different customer segments.
• Assists in the development of advanced sales training materials to empower the sales force.
• Partners with category PM teams in retailer/reseller account calls/development to strengthen relationships and drive sales.
• Provides mentorship and guidance to lower-level employees, thus, ensuring the realization of operational and strategic plans.


Education & Experience Recommended
• Graduate Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically has 10+ years of work experience in PC product development and management
