Product Marketing Director – Equipment, Robotics & Digital Solutions (Europe)

Reports to: President Europe

We are looking for an experienced Product Marketing Director to lead ESAB’s Equipment, Robotics & Digital Solutions strategy across Europe. This role will drive product marketing excellence, support commercial growth, and oversee our European Aftermarket organization.

Key responsibilities:

Strategic & Commercial Leadership

  • Develop and execute European strategies for equipment, robotics, and digital solutions.

  • Lead go-to-market plans and product launches.

  • Drive competitive positioning, portfolio growth, and commercial performance.

  • Provide sales teams with tools, training, and insights to accelerate growth.

Aftermarket & Service Management

  • Lead the European Aftermarket organization (incl. ARC network).

  • Improve customer satisfaction through service quality, spare parts efficiency, and technical support.

  • Standardize service protocols and enhance first-time fix rates.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Global Product Teams, R&D, Quality, Supply Chain, and Marcom.

  • Manage escalations and support customer-facing initiatives, trade shows, and distributor events.

Team Leadership

  • Lead Product Marketing Managers, Robotic Business Development, Sales Support, and Aftersales Managers.

  • Build a collaborative, high-performance, customer-focused culture.

Your profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field (Master’s/MBA preferred).

  • 10+ years’ experience in product marketing, commercial leadership, or business development in industrial equipment, automation, or welding.

  • Strong experience in cross-functional leadership and aftermarket operations.

  • Familiarity with robotics, digital platforms, and automation.

  • Fluent English; additional European languages are an advantage.

  • Willingness to travel approx. 30–40% across Europe.
