The Design Studio Team Lead will oversee and mentor a multidisciplinary creative team, including graphic designers, animators, formatting specialists, and a content editor. This role combines leadership with creative strategy, ensuring brand consistency, operational efficiency, and high-quality visual outputs for global marketing campaigns. The Team Lead will manage hiring, performance reviews, and team development while driving innovation and maintaining a collaborative, motivated environment.

As a Design Studio Team Leader, you will be responsible for:

  • Lead and mentor the design studio team, fostering creativity, collaboration, and professional growth.

  • Manage hiring, onboarding, performance evaluations, and address team-related issues effectively.

  • Develop and implement creative strategies aligned with marketing and business objectives.

  • Oversee project timelines, resource allocation, and workflow to ensure timely delivery of high-quality outputs.

  • Perform QC/QA reviews on all deliverables before sharing with stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to support global campaigns and initiatives.

  • Drive innovation in design processes, tools, and techniques to enhance efficiency and creativity.

  • Build team morale and maintain a positive, productive work environment.

  • Analyze performance metrics and optimize processes for continuous improvement.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Multimedia, Communications, or related field.

  • 8+ years of experience in design or creative roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership position, B2B preferred.

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with motion graphics tools.

  • Understanding of PowerPoint and Word professional formatting standards and workflows.

  • Knowledge of 3D animation processes and collaboration with technical engineering and product teams.

  • Strong creative vision combined with analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Proven ability to forecast timelines and allocate resources effectively.

  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills for working with global teams.

  • Fluency in written and spoken English for effective global communication.
