Role Overview

We’re looking for a Product Marketing Associate to help bring Harbinger’s products to market through compelling positioning, customer insights, sales enablement, and go-to-market execution. This is a highly cross-functional role working closely with Product, Sales, Engineering, and Marketing to ensure our value proposition resonates with fleet operators, upfitters, dealers, and enterprise customers.

This role is ideal for someone early in their product marketing career who is eager to learn, take ownership, and operate in a fast-paced startup environment. 

Key Responsibilities

Product & Market Positioning

  • Support the development of clear product positioning, messaging, and value propositions for Harbinger’s vehicle platforms and technologies
  • Translate technical features into customer-facing benefits and outcomes
  • Help define target customer personas and use cases (e.g., fleets, upfitters, dealers, etc.)

Go-To-Market Execution

  • Assist with product launches, announcements, and major feature releases
  • Coordinate cross-functional GTM plans with Product, Sales, and Operations
  • Track timelines, deliverables, and launch readiness

Sales Enablement

  • Create and maintain sales materials such as pitch decks, one-pagers, product sheets, FAQs, battlecards, and case studies
  • Ensure sales teams are equipped with clear, consistent messaging
  • Support internal product trainings and updates

Customer & Competitive Insights

  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and win/loss analysis
  • Gather insights from customers, prospects, and sales teams
  • Help inform roadmap discussions with real-world market feedback

Content & Storytelling

  • Support the creation of website copy, blog posts, product pages, and launch content
  • Assist with demo scripts, videos, and trade show messaging
  • Ensure brand voice and messaging consistency

Analytics & Optimization

  • Track performance of product marketing initiatives (launches, campaigns, sales enablement usage)
  • Collect feedback and iterate on messaging and materials

Qualifications

Required

  • 3-5+ years of experience in marketing, product marketing, sales enablement, consulting, or a related field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to simplify complex technical concepts into clear, compelling stories
  • Highly organized with strong project management skills
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-moving environment

Preferred

  • Experience in B2B, SaaS, automotive, manufacturing, or hardware products
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot), analytics platforms, or CMS tools
  • Experience supporting product launches or sales enablement
  • Basic understanding of commercial vehicles, fleet operations, or electrification
