This is an exciting opportunity to join the Everyday Banking team here at Westpac. As the Product Manager you will be working on the day-to-day management of the Savings & Term Investments portfolio, focusing on the customer experience while managing the end-to-end aspects of delivery of products to market, regularly finding insights and opportunities to improve the products, acquiring and retaining customers.
We’re looking for someone who isn’t afraid to challenge the status quo, loves to take the lead and is comfortable working collaboratively in cross functional teams. You must be a strategic thinker focused on driving excellent commercial and customer outcomes and will ideally come from a background in banking.

Product Management experience essential
Experience with banking products would be beneficial
Strong financial analysis and interpretation skills
Strong stakeholder management skills to guide individuals to a fast and effective outcome
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Experience working cross functionally across large organisations
