Product Manager, Transfusion Medicine/Immunohematology (IBERIA)

We are recruiting for a Product Manager to join our team for Transfusion Medicine / Immunohematology business line. This role will report into the Country Lead, being responsible for the Product Management and Marketing activities for the business line. This role will be based in Spain.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Supports, analyses, and implements activities designed to strengthen brand positioning across the Iberia market.
  • Develop impactful strategies and plans that drive the growth of Transfusion Medicine (TM) and support overall sales performance.
  • Conduct local market and competitive research, producing mid and long‑term commercial insights and sales support in close collaboration with the Sales team.
  • Oversees collaboration with third‑party partners.
  • Explore new business opportunities by performing SWOT analyses and evaluating products or solutions suitable for local licensing activities or country‑level partnerships.
  • Identify key opinion leaders vital to new product initiatives and builds strong relationships to facilitate the exchange of clinical, scientific, and market insights.
  • Manage the company’s participation in scientific congresses and supports the organization of scientific meetings, conferences, and workshops related to TM marketing campaigns.
  • Prepare and deliver product updates and training for Sales and Customer Supporting teams, ensuring the Line of Business (LOB) value proposition is consistently communicated across internal and field teams.
  • Demonstrates QuidelOrtho solutions to prospective customers and supports customer visits in partnership with Sales representatives.
  • Prepares technical documentation for tenders and contributes to developing high‑quality, competitive bids.
  • Provides support to Field Applications Specialist in resolving complex product‑related issues for customers.


What you’ll need to succeed:

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Sciences or related field
  • 3+ years’ experience in Immunohematology, with strong technical understanding
  • Commercial and/or marketing/product management experience
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% across the Iberia region
  • Fluent in Spanish and English is essential. Portuguese would be an advantage.
