Broadridge is seeking a Product Manager for Sustainability & Corporate Governance to support and grow its Issuer business offerings. This role is responsible for the commercial performance, market positioning, and ongoing evolution of sustainability and corporate governance services. The Product Manager will work cross functionally with Sales, Marketing, Client Relationship teams, and third party advisors to drive revenue growth, identify new product opportunities, and ensure effective delivery and scalability of these solutions.

This role aligns with Broadridge’s mid level Product Manager career path, requiring ownership of defined offerings, accountability for outcomes, and the ability to translate market and client insights into actionable product and commercial strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the commercial performance of Sustainability and Corporate Governance  services, with accountability for revenue growth, pipeline development, and expansion of client engagements
  • Identify, assess, and advance new product and service opportunities within sustainability, ESG, and corporate governance services by conducting market research, analyzing client needs, evaluating competitive offerings, and developing business cases
  • Define and evolve product positioning and value propositions to support sales effectiveness, client adoption, and long‑term growth
  • Partner cross‑functionally with Sales, Marketing, Client Relationship teams, and third‑party providers to execute go‑to‑market strategies, including campaign development, lead generation, and proposal strategy
  •  Act as a key contributor to sales enablement and marketing materials, ensuring product accuracy and alignment, ensuring consistency of messaging, differentiation, and alignment with product strategy
  • Measure and report on product and commercial performance, including revenue, pipeline metrics, engagement outcomes, and forward‑looking opportunities
  • Manage and strengthen partnerships with third‑party firms, serving as the primary liaison and ensuring alignment of product strategy, delivery standards, and growth objectives
  • Support client relationship management by ensuring engagements deliver expected outcomes, while identifying opportunities for expansion or follow‑on services

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in product management, project management, or a related role
  • Demonstrated experience supporting revenue‑generating products or services
  • Excellent client-facing experience and skills, including presenting, problem solving, and managing high-stakes communication
  • Strong cross‑functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives and priorities with limited oversight
  • Background or experience in ESG, sustainability, or corporate governance (preferred)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Smartsheets or similar project management tools
  • Familiarity with social media platforms for professional or marketing purposes

Compensation Range: The salary range for this position is between $110,000.00- $125,000.00 USD.

Broadridge considers various factors when evaluating a candidate's final salary including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, and education.
